When it comes to fitness and exercise, most of us just keep on making New Year resolutions. One day, two days and the third day it is same as routine, no exercise. Is there any way to make workout fun that we can do it on regular basis?

There are rare people who just will begin the exercise but then will stop it immediately. Let’s say you started to live a healthy life style but then after first couple of months you just reduced the practice and stopped doing work out.

What makes you quit and what is that which can help you to gather the motivation again and help you to progress?

Have a change, it is simple and important. Doing same things over and over again can take away your interest, so try different things every now and then; this will create excitement and also help you to maintain it.

You can also opt for different versatile school modals. Challenge the body in new ways and get amazing results. There are various ways to begin with i.e. Charity runs, Dance classes, yoga, martial arts, running clubs, Gym Bootcamps etc.

Here are 6 Strategies that you can use to have fun at Workout:

  1. Change in location: At times, what we need is just a simple change in the location. Work out in that same old gym corner every day of the month can make work out for you boring and monotonous.

Instead visit your nearest beach or park for doing stretching, body weight circuit session etc. Go to a local track to have sprint workout. Visit any other gym and try its new class.

  2. Themed workouts: Various facilities offer themed workouts during holidays or around events. It is a great way to shift the routine and do something within  proper timings, be more engaged in your work out.

If the gym doesn’t offer themed workouts, you can give suggestions to  management as these are easy to organize and have fun making it effective for people to keep on moving. Some of the themes include Halloween, Easter and Independence Day where members can dress up according to the theme, you can write the type of work out that any member has to do when he/she receives the chip.

In Independence, carry out 7 exercise circuit and four such circuit sets can be easily completed.

  3. Obstacle Course: Such workouts are most popular nowadays, in case you have not tried it yet; just go for it. You will get plenty of options for these. Many of them can be done in small groups. Just gather your friends and co-workers; form a team and you are done.

  4. Work out with a Partner: It is a best idea to work out with a partner physically as well as psychologically. Doing any work out with partner boost enthusiasm. Knowing each other will give you an idea where you are lacking and this will force you to work harder.
Among these four tips, whatever is suitable to you, you can choose the one and continue your workout. For any guidance, stay tuned to Move Training Club who can help you choose a path full of yoga.
